Mercer Island Select Baseball Program seeks to be an inclusive program for our Mercer Island families. We have three areas in which we focus to build our community.

Program communication and input from the community

• NEW- Launch of MISB with key dates

• Annual Survey to families for input, including a satisfaction score

• Select working group, a parent board that meets monthly, supports the program, and participates in program decisions

• Monthly open forum for parent feedback and ideas

Family outreach and events

• NEW - Fall Kickoff and Spring Picnic in the Park

• Little league day festivities

• Team dinners at tournaments

• NEW- Family Buddies - younger player families are connected with older player families to help guide the baseball journey

Inter- team activities

• MISB night at Varsity Baseball Games

• NEW- Family Buddy program

• Tournaments together with other MISB teams

• Scrimmages within MISB teams

• Consistent fundamentals program for all MISB teams
